Helping Tanzanian students become more open-minded individuals who are brave enough to dream and skilled enough to execute on their dreams.
We arrived in Tanzania on the 5th of May 2017. Over the 14 days of our expedition, we experienced the bustling life of African cities, the sleepy and authentic countryside, and the strength of ambition of young African students.
We came to Tanzania with two goals. To understand the educational system in this developing country and to enhance the prospects of the local youth.
Mission accomplished. As we were travelling through Tanzania - on buses, cars, bikes, and ferries - we were interviewing young people. We were visiting rural schools. We were listening and asking questions.
Armed with the first-hand knowledge, we conducted a series of workshops for the students of Mkwawa College in Iringa. The workshops attracted over 60 local students. We strengthened them in the areas of mindset, work ethics, as well as coding, analytics, and marketing.
Getting ready to publish the expedition documentary. Staying in touch with the students.
